Service Delivery (Shipping) Policy

1. No physical goods

iChatUp is software delivered over the internet. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical product, so there are no shipping fees, couriers, delivery addresses or customs charges.

2. How the service is delivered

Free trial: your workspace is created as soon as you sign up and confirm your e-mail. You can use the full product for 7 days straight away.
Paid plans: your plan is activated on your workspace automatically once the payment gateway confirms your payment — normally within a few minutes. You do not need to install anything; you sign in at https://ichatup.my.
Onboarding support (one-time add-on): after purchase we contact you on the mobile number or e-mail on your account, normally within 2 business days, to arrange the setup session at a time that suits you. The session is held online or over WhatsApp.

3. Confirmation

You receive a payment receipt by e-mail from the payment gateway, and your dashboard shows the active plan and the payment under Subscription.

4. If your plan is not active after payment

If you have paid and your plan is not active within 1 hour, contact us with your account e-mail and the payment reference at basit@mozac.my. We will activate it or refund the payment in full.

5. Where the service is available

The service on ichatup.my is offered to businesses in Malaysia and is billed in Malaysian Ringgit. It can be used anywhere with an internet connection.

6. Service availability

The service runs around the clock. It depends on WhatsApp, Meta and other third-party services that we do not control; planned maintenance and interruptions are covered in the Terms of Service.
