Who we are
Mozac Agency (company registration no. 202401002458) is a Malaysian company and the licensed provider of iChatUp in Malaysia. We sell, bill and support iChatUp for Malaysian businesses on ichatup.my, in Ringgit, from Malaysia.
iChatUp is a software platform developed and operated by iChatUp, which licenses it to us for Malaysia. We are the company you contract with and the company that invoices you.
What we sell
iChatUp is a subscription software service (software-as-a-service) for businesses. It puts an AI assistant on the WhatsApp number a business already uses. The assistant:
- answers customer messages from the business’s own information, in Bahasa Malaysia, English and other languages;
- takes bookings and appointments, and captures enquiries as leads;
- shares the business’s own payment details (DuitNow, bank transfer or a payment link) and records payment confirmations;
- hands the conversation to a human whenever one is needed.
It is sold as three monthly plans — Starter, Automator and Marketer — plus an optional one-time onboarding service. Prices are on the pricing page, and everything each plan does is on the features page. Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial; no card is needed to start.
The service is digital. Nothing physical is sold or shipped. We do not hold or process money that your customers pay to you.

Small and medium businesses in Malaysia that talk to customers on WhatsApp: restaurants and cafés, clinics, tuition centres, homestays and hotels, salons and spas, retailers and service providers.
